Direct Mail Data

Your data can be sent to us by email, floppy disk or CD. The data should be in ASCII comma delimited or fixed field format ideally. We typically work with Microsoft Access or Excel. For text files, we typically work with Microsoft Word.

Mailsorting/Walksort/Press Stream sorts the address into a postal sortation order and adds a Mailsort number to the address file. If the mailing is submitted into the postal system in Mailsort order, a postage discount of up to 25% of postage cost can be achieved.
