Printing and Personalisation

Canon IR 125

Very high quality mono digital copier for laser personalisation, barcoding and mail merge printing, single side/both sides, stitching on-line,

Handles material thickness 60-266gsm. This machine is best for high volume personalised letters printed onto base stationery, personalised brochures, multi section booklets. Features an integrated server, increasing its job size capability and job queuing capacity.

Canon IR 105 x 1 machine

Mono digital copier for laser personalisation and mailmerge printing, single side/both sides, stitching on-line, booklet making, folding on-line. Finisher for professional production of A4 or A5 booklets - with automatic tab sheets insertion plus a tab sheet copying facility. 2 or 4-hole punching on -line. Prints 6,500 copies per hour.

Acts as back up/overflow to the IR125. This machine is best for low-medium volume personalised letters printed onto base stationery,  multi section booklets. Scanning capability inputting documents at 600 dpi.

HP  Laserjet 9000

Canon CLC 5151

High quality colour digital copier. Prints single/double sided, A4, A3 Prints 3000 per hour. 

Thicknesses up to 200 gsm

Astro Inkjet

Low/medium/High resolution inkjet printer with drying heads. Prints on a range of a range of materials, formats and sizes up to A4. Capable of 10-12,000 items per hour.

Best for overprinting /personalisation to envelopes, postcards and odd shapes/sizes. Handles a range of thickness up to board-backed envelopes.

Label Printer x 2 machines

For printing thermal labels all sizes

Best for printing logos/graphics,  return addresses for use with poster tubing, non-envelope packages.
